Reservations

A total minimum of 4 people are necessary to confirm a trip. A reservation has to
be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to trip departure. A reservation can be held with
a valid credit card (Mastercard or Visa).

Cancellations
|
|
Any cancellation received within the 24 hours prior to trip departure will be considered a
no show and charged 100% of the total reservation.
|
|
Payment
|
|
You can pay directly on the day of your trip by either using:
- A valid Visa or Mastercard credit card
- Traverler's checks in US denominations
- Cash in US or Mexican denominations
|

Service includes

- Professional tour guide and/or instructor (bilingual)
- Shaded camp at the end of the tour
- All necessary professional equipment & tour outdoor gear
- Non alcoholic beverages & light snacks
- First Aid Kit
- Insurance
- Transportation round trip
- Tax
- Lunch and park entrance fees is included on full day trips

- Moderate fitness level recommended
- For hiking and rappelling we suggest you bring tennis shoes or similar
